Now that you have the fundamentals in place, let’s practice the booking muscle regularly to keep you conditioned and ready to go for every audition.
This is a class designed to flex and strengthen the tools and muscles learnt in Levels 1 and 2. Ongoing practice and conditioning to keep your voice work sharp and ready to book.
Similar to the Back to Booking and AOC classes on camera audition classes, students can start and finish whenever they like and do drop-ins.
Each week you will be sent a selection of materials that represent the current voice over climate in Vancouver. From that, you will choose a piece to prepare and submit as anMP3 audition by no later than 10AM Tuesday.
The class itself will begin with a 30-minute discussion about voice, your instrument, the industry or a Q&A.We will review your MP3 tapes together as a group and Megan will work one-on-one with each actor, focusing on specific elements, tailored to their specific instrument, creating and maintaining a constant state of audition-readiness.
We will wrap our class up with a final discussion, and ideas on what to focus on for the following week to enhance your daily practice.
